Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are delighted with your Vellure Paris order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange, subject to the strict conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason.
- You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intention to return.
- Once you have notified us, you have an additional 14 calendar days to ship the item back to us.
- Returns shipped after this 14-day shipping window may be subject to a reduced refund based on the diminished value of the item.
To be eligible for a full refund, your garment(s) must be returned in:
- Entirely new, unworn, and unused condition
- Unaltered and unwashed in any way
- With all original attached product tags intact
- With the included GOLD PVC authenticity card
2. Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1 — Notify Us
To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery by email at vellureparis@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The garment(s) you wish to return
- Your reason for return
Step 2 — Photo Verification
Before shipping your return, you must submit clear photos of:
- The garment(s) you are returning
- The original attached product tags
- The GOLD PVC authenticity card
- The packaged parcel before sealing, taken at your chosen shipping facility
These photos are required for administrative processing and condition verification. They do not affect your right to send the item back, but they will be used to assess the item's condition and determine your final refund amount.
Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Please note: You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns in transit.
3. Refund Processing & Timelines
Phase 1 — Inspection
Once your return arrives at our facility, we will inspect the garment(s) to confirm they are in brand-new, completely unused condition, and that both the original attached tags and the GOLD PVC card are present. This verification process takes up to 5 business days.

Under EU consumer law, we reserve the right to reduce your refund in proportion to any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to assess the product.
Phase 2 — Approval & Payout
We will notify you by email as soon as the inspection is complete. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to reflect the credit on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed after receiving your approval confirmation and your funds have not appeared, please contact us at vellureparis@gmail.com.
4. Product Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we are happy to accommodate an exchange within the same 14-day notification window. Your garment(s) must meet the exact same brand-new, unused condition criteria as a regular return, including all original attached tags and the GOLD PVC card.
Once your return package arrives at our facility and passes inspection, we will ship your new replacement garment(s) completely free of charge. To initiate a size or color swap, please email us at vellureparis@gmail.com.
5. Damages & Order Issues
At Vellure Paris, we take great pride in delivering high-quality products. In the rare event that your garment(s) arrive damaged, please follow the steps below:

Inspect your order immediately upon receiving your package and check for any damage.

Document the damage by taking clear photos or videos of the damaged garment(s), capturing any visible rips, tears, or imperfections.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at vellureparis@gmail.com, including your photos or videos and your order number.
- If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipping or as a result of a manufacturing error, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
Damage due to customer mishandling or improper care is not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
To protect the hygiene, safety, and integrity of our products, the following conditions strictly apply:

Unworn and Unwashed: Garments must be in the exact same condition as received. Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a full refund. Under EU consumer law, we reserve the right to reduce your refund in proportion to the diminished value of the item, up to and including a 0% refund if the item has no resale value.
For bodysuits and garments worn directly against the skin, items showing any signs of body contact beyond a basic size check cannot be resold for hygiene and health reasons, and will be assessed accordingly. For all other garments, any signs of wear, washing, or alteration will result in a refund reduction based on diminished value. -
Complete Required Contents: You must return your garment(s) with all materials included in your original parcel. If the attached tags have been removed, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. If the GOLD PVC card is missing from the package, a standard replacement and handling fee of €4,99 will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Special One-Time Exception: In certain cases, we may choose to send you a replacement garment without requiring the original garment(s) to be returned first. If you are not satisfied with the replacement, you must return both the original and the replacement garment to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception and subsequent replacements will not be provided without a return.
7. Legal Guarantee
In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, all products sold by Vellure Paris carry a 2-year legal guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers defects that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within this period. This legal guarantee exists independently of and in addition to our standard return and refund conditions, and cannot be waived or limited.
