Our key service providers (including Shopify, Meta, and Klaviyo) are headquartered in the United States. Whenever we transfer your data outside the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission are in place, or that the provider operates under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
