Logistics & Fulfillment Partners: We share your name, shipping address, and phone number with our fulfillment systems (including supplier integration systems and postal couriers) to pack and deliver your premium orders.

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

5. International Data Transfers

Our key service providers (including Shopify, Meta, and Klaviyo) are headquartered in the United States. This means your personal information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Whenever we transfer your data outside the EEA, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by ensuring standard contractual clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission are in place, or that the provider operates under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

When you place an order through the site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records.

Important Legal Exception: If you request the erasure of your data under your GDPR rights, please note that we are legally mandated by Dutch tax law (Rijksbelastingdienst) to retain corporate administrative records, including financial transaction invoices and historical sales documentation, for a mandatory statutory period of 7 years. Non-essential marketing data (such as your Klaviyo profile and tracking history) will be deleted immediately upon a valid request.
