1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our fulfillment centers within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We are pleased to offer FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING on all orders of 2 or more items.
For orders of 1 item, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on our website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Lost Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 consecutive business days, please contact us at vellureparis@gmail.com with your order number. Customers who purchased Order Protection at checkout are covered for lost parcels — please refer to our Order Protection Policy for claim instructions.
5. Reshipping
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. We will contact you by email to arrange redelivery.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For our European Union Customers: At Vellure Paris, the price you see is the final price you pay. All applicable taxes and duties are already fully included in your purchase. We guarantee there will be no surprise fees, customs duties, or import taxes requested upon delivery for any orders shipped within the EU.
For our International Customers (Outside the EU): Orders shipped outside of the European Union may be subject to additional customs fees and taxes applied by your local government. Any extra fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, etc.) are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.
